The opening period of any new job counts the suitability of the employee to an organization and his job. Successful completion of this probation period leads to confirmation of his job in the department concerned. When an employee completes his probation period successfully, the details should be updated in the SPARK. 

As the employee completes his probation, the appointing authority would publish an order on his probation declaration and the details of the order must be updated in SPARK. The increment and such procedures can be sanctioned after that. 

While updating an employee’s probation declaration, there are various steps to be done like updating probation in SPARK, sanctioning increment based on declaration, approving increment in SPARK, etc. The approved increment can be viewed as well as cancelled if any mistakes are found after approving.
