How to Install Alrahimans Tax Software 2024-25 ?

Before using Alrahiman's Income Tax software 2025, there are certain things that the user must know. This year software is a zip file package consisting of three files. 

1. Easy Tax 2024-25 (32 Bit).accde
2. Easy Tax 2024-25(64 Bit).accde
3. SaveAsPDForXPS.exe

At first the zip file be extracted and saved in another folder. Even though the zip file is not extracted it can be opened but there is a possibility of the data entered be left unsaved. 

Easy tax 2024-25 by Alrahiman software has been made available in two versions such as 32 bit and 64 bit and which of these should be used depends upon the Microsoft Access versions installed in your computer. If versions 2007 or before 2007 is installed 32 bit version only would function. 64 bit software can be used in the system with 2010 or later versions. 

An exe file - Save as PDF is included in this package. There is a facility to generate all statements as PDF in Easy tax. In 2007 or early MS Office versions, To activate this facility, double click ' Save as PDF' and install it. In later versions after 2007, as this is available as default, there is no need to install this file.

How to update to the new version of Alrahimans Easy Tax? 

To import data from the old version to the new version of the software, follow these steps: 

1. Begin by ensuring that you have both the old and new versions of the software installed. If the old version is already installed, consider renaming it to avoid confusion during the process, or download the new software to a different location. 

2. Download and install the new version of the software if you haven't already. 

3. Launch the new software and navigate to the home page. Look for the "Proceed" button and click on it to proceed to the next step. 

4. On the next window, locate and click on the "Import From Old Version" button, typically positioned on the left side of the interface. 

5. A warning message may appear. Confirm your intention to import data by clicking on the "Proceed" button. 

6. In the "Locate Old EasyTax" window that follows, select the file from the old version. This may involve choosing the renamed file or the file from the different location where you downloaded the old version. Click on the "Open" button to proceed. 

7. Once the file is selected, a confirmation message will appear, stating that "All Data from Old Version is imported to this version." This indicates that the import process was successful, and you can now start using the new version with the imported data. 

By following these steps, you ensure a smooth transition of data from the old version to the new version of the software.
