Higher Secondary First Year Improvement Examination Online Result Analyser

The +1 Result Explorer helps Higher Secondary schools analyse the performance of students who appeared for the First Year Improvement / Supplementary Examination. By uploading the regular March examination result CSV and the improvement examination CSV, schools can instantly generate detailed group-wise and combination-wise result analysis reports.

Online Result Analyser

Follow the steps below carefully.


Step 1: Login to HSE Portal

First, open the HSE Portal https://www.hseportal.kerala.gov.in/ and login using your institution login credentials.

After login, go to:

Menu → Results → School Wise Results

As shown below:

Step 2: Open First Year March Examination Result

From the examination list, locate and click:

First Year March Examinations – 2025

Then click the View button.

Step 3: Download the Regular Result CSV File

After opening the school-wise result page, click the CSV button available at the top-right side of the page.

Download the file and save it on your computer.

This CSV file contains the regular March examination result data.

Refer the screenshot below:

Important: Do not edit the downloaded CSV file.


Step 4: Open First Year Improvement / Supplementary Examination Result

Return to the examination list page.

Now select:

First Year Improvement / Supplementary Examinations – 2026

Click the View button.

Step 5: Download Improvement Examination CSV File

From the improvement examination result screen, click the CSV button available at the top-right corner.

Download and save the file to your computer.

Refer the screenshot below:

Now you should have:

  • Regular March Examination(March 2025) CSV
  • Improvement / Supplementary Examination(March 2026) CSV

Step 6: Open the Online Result Analyser

Analyser Portal

Open the +1 Result Explorer online analyser.

You will see the upload screen shown below:

Upload the files in the following order:

  • Regular Result CSV (Required) – Upload the regular March examination CSV file downloaded in Step 3.
  • Improvement Result CSV (Optional) – Upload the improvement examination CSV file downloaded in Step 5.

After uploading, the system will automatically process the data.


Step 7: View Result Analysis Reports

Once the files are uploaded successfully, the analyser will generate detailed result analysis reports instantly.

  • Subject-wise performance analysis
