This course provides an excellent opportunity for individuals to complete their Plus Two (Class 12) education through an alternative and government-recognized pathway.

Course Overview: Who Can Apply?
This Higher Secondary Equivalency Course is designed for:
- Individuals aged 22 years or above who have passed Class 10 (SSLC).
- Those who discontinued their education after Pre-Degree or Plus Two.
- Candidates who failed Class 12 and wish to earn an equivalent qualification.
The course includes streams in Humanities and Commerce, following a syllabus similar to the regular Higher Secondary curriculum.
Exam Conduct and Certification
The State Literacy Mission manages the academic aspects of the course, while the Board of Public Examinations is responsible for:
- Conducting the examinations
- Valuation of answer scripts
- Publishing results
- Issuing certificates
The certificate awarded is equivalent to the formal Higher Secondary qualification.
