How to apply for Higher Secondary duplicate Migration certificate ?

Migration certificate is a document issued to the students by the Board of Education after passing out the course, to seek admission for higher studies anywhere in the country outside the state. 
 
All candidates appearing for the second year Higher Secondary exam shall be issued the Migration Certificate along with their qualifying exam certificate by the Board of Higher Secondary Education when they get through the exam. They need not submit a separate application for getting the migration certificate.

The candidates who have not qualified the exam, will not be issued the Migration Certificate along with their certificate. But, if they would like to obtain the same, such students must submit a separate application for the same to the Joint Director of Exam wing of the Department of General Education. They should also remit Rs.30/- towards their certificate fee at the Treasury, Head of Accounts – 0202-01-102-97(03) Other receipts. 
 

How to apply for Higher Secondary duplicate Migration certificate ?

The students who have already got the certificate but lost it, also can apply for Duplicate Migration Certificate. They should write a declaration stating that their certificate is irrecoverably lost and will be surrendered to the department if found and it should be attested by gazetted officer. The application fee for the duplicate migration certificate is Rs.200/ . The application accompanied by the declaration and Chalan receipt of the fee paid at the treasury should be submitted directly to the Joint Director of Exam wing of the Department of General Education.
