Teachers spend their precious time by preparing the progress report manually, doing all the calculation such as grades, percentages for each and every student which is very tedious and time consuming. The Progress Report Creator Software automatically generates Progress report, CE report ,Class PTA report and gives consolidated reports of score after each term exam , and can be kept as a record (Mark Register). It also simplifies the process of tracking the students' progress.     Progress Report Creator SWs works perfectly with Windows 7 and Office 2007. Please install this SWs in your D: drive and try.

    @BIBIN.C.JACOBNew version of Progress Report Creator(PROPER)has many new features like;1.Shows Rank of each student in progress report. 2. can take rankwise consolidated report.3.second language specification is included 4.can prepare ID certificate of a group of students and it will be useful at the time of particiaption in different competition and melas.5.can prepare a list of students of different classes, will be useful at the time of field trips 6.CE monitoring Duty certificate is included etc.

    പ്രോഗ്രസ്സ് റിപ്പോർട്ടർ (proper )ഉപയോഗിച്ചു .വളരെ easy and simple .പ്രോഗ്രസ്സ് കാർഡ്‌ വളരെ നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട്. കൂടെ മാർക്ക്‌ രജിസ്റ്റർ ,rankwise മാർക്ക്‌ രജിസ്റ്റർ ,subjestwise consolidated റിപ്പോർട്ട്‌ ,CE റിപ്പോർട്ട്‌ ,വിവിധ certificates എന്നിവയും ഉപകാരപ്രദം .ഇനിയും ഇതുപോലുള്ള സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയർ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു .Thank you sir,

    Proper5 is best suited for Msoffice2007 and is updated with a new faeture for adding register number easily.It helps to get CE print,register number wise and wiil be good at the time of CE uploading(Pagewise total of CE is given).

    @R Kannur PROPER -V ഇൽ പുതുതായി രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ADD ചെയ്യാനും അതുപ്രകാരം CE റിപ്പോർട്ട്‌ എടുക്കാനും സാധിക്കുന്നു .ഇത് CE ഉപ്ലോടിംഗ് സമയത്ത് സഹായകരമാവും .പുതിയ PROPER OFFICE 2007 നും BEST SUITED ആണ്

    Proper zip ഫയൽ download ചെയ്ത് 'D ' ഡ്രൈവിലേക്ക് extract ചേയ്യുക . കിട്ടുന്ന PROPER _V folder open ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ 5 files കിട്ടും (including Proper_FE ). folder ഓപ്പണ്‍ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും മറ്റൊരു PROPER ഫോൾഡർ ഉള്ളിൽ വന്നാൽ സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയർ error വരും . അപ്പോൾ ഉള്ളിലെ ഫോൾഡർ drag ചെയ്ത് 'D ' യിൽ ഇടുക .

    Sir, PROPER V is a very good software for schools. Congrats and keep going. May I suggest you to add following features if possible: 1: Subject wise ranklist irrespective of classes( To find school top in Chemistry, Physics etc)
    2: Combination wise combined report (to find the top among one combination in more than one division)
    3: An option to avoid those who scored < grade D from rank list
    4:To have a separate list of students like (<70% in subject like that)
    I know to ask these modifications is LUXURY. But it will be really helpful.

    Proper ver 6 is very useful. Is it possible to copy Name list directly from excel file.?
    it will be helpful if a provision to enter monthly attendance and consolidation

    The student name has to enter through the software, because codes are used for class and other details in database.
